Gifted and Talented Program has begun week of Sept 15.
Grade 4 & 5 GT meet several times during the week. You may refer to the
schedule as to when your child comes to GT.
Grade 5 GT begins the Stock Market Game week of October 6.
Grade 5 GT Specialized Program will be reading "I Robot" with literary
discussions in class and other specific assignments to be done at home
beginning October(please refer to assignments).
In addition, grade 5 GT Specialized will begin their studies in space.
Specific assignments will be assigned and due as well. We are scheduled to
go to the BOCES Challenger Center on December 2, 2008. Please refer to
assignments page.
Grade 4 GT Specialized has will begin their research on inventions of the
future through the Exploravision/Toshiba Invention Competition and
Research. They will also are read The Little Prince sometime to start end
of October. Assignments will be given.
