Grade 5 GT Cluster: All working on "Word Roots" program in the computer lab
learning and enhancing their vocabulary in relation to Latin word roots.
Grade 5 Specialized Program: Students working on the drafts of their
I,Robot essays. In addition, students are in the process of researching
topics on their "Learning How to Learn" unit.
The Stock Market Game will be offered once again beginning the end of
February for those students wanting to do it again.
Grade4 Specialized: Finishing their final drawings and written research in
class to be submitted to Toshiba by Monday, January 26, 2009. New topics to
be explored the week of January 26. Introduce The Little Prince.
Grade 4 Cluster: Reading Junior Great Books stories, "Alice in Wonderland."
Planning on creating a script with the children for an informal readers
theatre presentation.
