It is the policy of Crompond School that 5th graders receive 1 hour of
homework 4 nights a week. Twenty (20) minutes of this time should be spent
on Math. This time frame may not include long term assignments like book
reports or Social Studies maps and research projects that students will need
to spend more home time on.
If students spend more than one hour on homework, please have a parent
or guardian send a note indicating this situation, and students will be given
time to complete work during recess or Personalized Instruction period.
Extra help from homeroom and Math teachers is always available!
