If your child is absent for one day, you can check homework assignments
with a classmate or with the individual teachers who have their own websites
through www.yorktown.org or on the Guidance website. If your child is
absent for two or more days, parents can contact the Guidance Department by
9:00 a.m. on the second day to receive assignments and worksheets, etc. for
your child. Please call 914-243-8125 and speak to one of the secretaries.
Do not leave a message on a counselors voice mail.
Assignments requested by parents, and submitted by teachers are normally
available in the Main Office after 2:30 p.m. on the day they are requested.
While we will try to fill all requests for assignments within this time
period, this is sometimes impossible during "flu season."
