Special health needs should be communicated to Mrs. Epstein to promote and maintain a successful school experience. If your child is on crutches , requires special assistance, has a health history change, illness, injury, or new allergy please notify the nurse immediately. Information is kept confidential and shared on a need to know basis.

Attendance and absences should be communicated to Mrs. Musso via phone 243-8120 or email at Bmusso@yorktown.org . Parent notes are required for all students who are absent , late, or dismissed early upon entrance into school.

It is recommended that parents notify Mrs. Epstein ,the school nurse,of long ilnesses so the health office can monitor trends of illnesses in school.
