Our homework policy for kindergarten students is 30 minutes a week. If there
is no written homework than please read every day for 20 minutes with your
child. Remember to ask them questions as you read aloud or read together.
This will help build their phonics, oral language and comprehension skills.
Acting out a story is another terrific way to help our students expand their
language skills.
Don't forget to practice writing or drawing a story or family event. Crayons
are great for fine motor development.
