- Your child is wearing home the ‘Earth Day’ shirt they received today from Covanta. We will be using these shirts again on Thursday, May 24th for costumes for our Rainforest show. Please take good care of them until then, as each child will be expected to have them for our show. We will collect the shirts the week before the show so keep them in a safe place. If you have any questions feel free to contact your child’s teacher.
- We are working hard on applying our spelling skills to our writing. Therefore when the words are given in a word box or are on the paper the students will be marked wrong. This is in hopes of teaching the students to check over their spelling and using the resources in front of them to apply their spelling skills.
- Although we are working on practicing multiplication facts in school through popper tests the students need to be spending each night practicing them for mastery as there is not enough time in the school day to reach mastery.
- The red folders will be used DAILY to bring papers/homework to and from school throughout the year.
- Please send in a healthy snack each day.
