Extra Credit Essay:

After reading The Little Prince, consider the following questions and formulate a thesis statement discussing the following concepts in Saint-Exupéry’s novella. 

Identify  symbols and metaphors that are present throughout The Little Prince.  How does Saint-Exupéry symbolize the motif of perspective?  Discuss the themes of time and death in The Little Prince. Why do you think Saint-Exupéry chose to tell this story in such figurative language?
