Apple Orchard
Apple Orchard
Pumpkins begin as a flower.
The pumpkin begins to grow below
where the flower was.
"What animal likes to visit the
Orchard?" asks Mrs. Monroe.
A deer named Nicholas.
Dryer sheets and soap help to keep the
new trees free from deer.
We are young trees growing towards
the sun.
A new type of tree.
It's called a Robbiedelicious.
Sometimes an apple will show where
a leaf was. This is a place that the
sun could not get to the apple.
Mrs. Monroe shows us some unusual apples.
These will make good cider.
This helps to keep the birds away
from the apple trees.
This is the bag that they
put the apples in as they
are picking them from the
trees.
We are picking raspberries.
Raspberries are good for you.
Here we are in front of the
raspberry patch.
