There are a number of simple ways to help our school with very
little effort. Ledgeview has a variety of programs that help to raise monies
or earn merchandise. These simple programs capitalize on items you
already purchase. Although the contributions from each one may seem small,
they do add up and make a real difference. Please don’t waste these
opportunities!
Box Tops for Education.
Found on many General Mills products, Ledgeview receives $.10 for each box
top we remit. A collection box is located in the school office. Ask your
friends and family to collect them for you, too!
Campbell’s Labels for Education.
By collecting and redeeming product labels and UPC codes from eligible
Campbell products, Ledgeview can earn FREE educational merchandise such as
computers, software, and books for the Ledgeview Library. Please drop your
labels in the Campbell’s Soup can located in the School lobby.
Giant Eagle Apples For The Students.
Ledgeview earns points each time you use your Giant Eagle Advantage card.
These points are accumulated and redeemed for great educational tools. To
participate in this program you must register your Giant Eagle Advantage
card. To register call 1-800-474-4777 or log onto www.gianteagle.com and
click on the Apples For The Students icon. You will need your Giant Eagle
Advantage card number and Ledgeview’s School I.D. number of 2467.
Market Day.
Market Day is a monthly fundraiser that offers a wide variety of convenient,
restaurant-quality family foods to order. PTA receives a percentage of the
sales each month.
Nestle Go Play Labels.
The folks who make Nestlé Pure Life bottled water are committed to
supporting child and family wellness, so they created Go Play! - an easy
program that encourages healthy, active lifestyles.. Just collect the
labels from Nestlé® Pure Life® bottled water or Nestlé® Pure Life® Natural
Fruit Flavored Water Beverages, or Nestlé® Pure Life® Green Tea Refreshers
and deposit the labels in the official GO PLAY Collection Canister at
school. The more labels our school collects, the more points we
earn towards purchase of items in the GO PLAY rewards catalog.
Paper Recycling.
Ledgeview recycles paper including newspaper, magazines, and catalogs.
Recycling bins are located in each classroom and throughout the school. Two
large receptacles are also located in the back of the school.
Tyson Project A+ä.
A national fundraising program sponsored by Tyson Foods. Through this
program, we can raise money for our school. This money can go towards
buying books, computers, etc. Each label we collect is worth 24¢ for our
school.
Target Take Charge of Education.
If you own a Target REDcard you could earn money for our school whenever you
shop at Target. Simply enroll in the Take Charge of Education program and
choose Ledgeview as your school of choice. The school then receives a small
percentage of every purchase every time you use your card.
Upromise.
Upromise is a free service designed to help families save more money for
college. Hundreds of leading companies will contribute a portion of what
you spend with them into a Upromise account for your child. Upromise has
started a new Schools Program. Upromise will contribute up to $30.00 for
