About The Counselor
Bachelor of Science in Education from Otterbein College Masters of Science in School Guidance and Counseling from The University of Dayton Have taken classes toward administrative liscense at University of Dayton. Have been at NUHS for 9 years and at NU for a total of 12 years; in education for 16 years total. Martha Holden Jennings Scholar, 2000; Union County Leadership Institiute Graduate, 2008 Certified as a guidance counselor (K-12); Elementary teacher (1-8) with Reading Endorsement (K-12); Specific Learning Disability (K-12) taught for 4 years before coming to North Union: fifth grade, middle school special ed, high school special ed, and elementary guidance. Married with 4 kids (Drew, Kyle, Jacob, and Lindsay) Have one very obnoxious cat (Maisy) and a new shepherd mix puppy (Buckeye) I have coached youth soccer and t-ball for several years. I am also a football mom and a baseball stat for my boys teams. *Hobbies include scrapbooking and chasing kids.
