Thank you for coming to Parent Teacher Conferences.
Friday is the last Friday of the month. It is a jeans day.
Things we will be studying this week include:
Religion: We will finish talking about some Bible stories about forgiveness.
Reading: We will be reading “Pearl & Wagner” pp. 320-339 and other supplemental books.
Comprehension Skills: Authors Purpose
Phonics: Long e spelled e, ea, ee, y
High Frequency Words:
guess, pretty, science, shoe, village, watch, won
Vocabulary Words:
electricity, robot, trash, wad
Amazing Words:
construct, sidekick, unique, contraption, foolproof, daydream, project, scrap
** Practice reading the High Frequency Words, Vocabulary Words, and Amazing Words with
your child so they will be able to pronounce the words as they read the stories.
Spelling: Long e

Challenge Words: wreath, season, eagle
Lang: Verbs: A verb is a word that shows action.
Math: Geometry : Chapter 18
