Dear OLL
Parents and Students,
I want to thank you for the memories
of nine years as kindergarten teacher to your children. The presence of your child in my life has
been a reminder of how fortunate I have been to be able to keep in touch with
the simple things in life. Thank you for
sharing them with me.
Most of all I want to thank you for
all of the time and effort that you have given to the school and my
kindergarten classes through the years.
It is your care and effort that makes Lourdes a wonderful place for all of the
children. Lourdes is so special and your children are
such a delight!
Now it is time for my husband and I
to put down the red pen and glue stick and enjoy retirement! You will all hold a special spot in my heart
and as your children get older I hope to learn of the great paths that they are
following. Until then I will pop in at
recess time now and then and enjoy their smiles!
And to my students… Don’t be afraid to say hello if you see me in
a crowd no matter how old you are! I
find great joy in knowing that I have been part of your school experience. Take the lessons of kindness and Jesus’ love
where ever you are. Make good decisions
and you will land on your feet!
