Upcoming dates:Wednesday, May 30- 1:00 Dismissal-Please bring a rag to school for cleaning.Thursday, May 31- 8:30 All-school liturgy/awards 1:00 Dismissal (Last Day)If your child is ever absent, in addition to calling in that morning, a handwritten note needs to accompany him/her upon returning.Spring = RAIN! Mondays and Wednesdays we travel: Music on Monday and Mass on Wednesday. If it is raining, or predicted, please be sure your child has an umbrella. Returning to class soaked makes it hard to concentrate on the lesson (and very uncomfortable!) Remember- umbrellas are cool! With the colder weather upon us, please be sure your child has necessary clothing to stay warm at recess. We WILL go outside as often as possible. Many children are only wearing hoodies, which are not warm enough in these temperatures. Hats and gloves are essential, as well as leggings for the girls. Please arrive at school by 7:50 in order to be ready to START by 8:00 A.M. It takes at least ten minutes to unpack the backpack and prepare materials for the change of class. A calm, orderly arrival is the best way for your child to start the day.Likewise, if your child's transportation arrangements ever vary from what you filled out on the Dismissal Form, please send in a note that day informing us.
