I have been a School Food Service Director for the past 19 years for
School Districts in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Ohio. I graduated from
Poland Seminary High School in 1982 and have lived in or around Poland most
of my life with the exception of a few years here and there in Mississippi,
and North Carolina. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1989. I have two
children, one husband, a cat, and a bunch of chickens...shall I go on? No, I
didn't think so..
To provide popular, consistently high quality, nutritious meals to the
students of Poland. To be attentive and responsive to the needs and wants of
the students, parents, and staff of the Poland Schools.
