If you are interested in receiving information about or joining our Rushwood snowsport club this year, please contact Mrs. Cindy O'Connor at cindy.oconnor@nordoniaschools.org . Any students who are 8 years old by January 1, 2012 can join. Parents are welcome to join as well.
Not sure about joining ski club, maybe you'd like to try snowboarding instead, well here is your chance to "try it" out. On December 5th (weather permitting) we will meet at 5:00 pm at Brandywine Ski Resort and for $25 you can try skiing or snowboarding. Price includes lift ticket, equipment rental and 1 lesson. Snowsports include skiing, snowboarding and snowblading and are loads of fun! Contact Cindy O'Connor by December 1st if you are interested in the "TRY IT" night. Ski club members must pay the $25 or use one of their freebie passes for this event.
To access the snowsport club's webspage, go to www.skipeakresorts.com/shopbmbw/ and click on "club login" on the top right side of the screen.
Use "rushwoodelem" for club login and "member" for password. You will then need to create your own user name and password to purchase your passes. Click on "Create a new account" and complete the information. Create and use your own username/ password at this time. The first package price listed does not include equipment rental. That is added on the next screen if needed.
We will meet on Monday evenings at 5:00 at Bandywine beginning in January.
