Can I use a credit card to buy Manna?
At the moment, you cannot use credit cards to purchase Manna.
We continue to look into this as we know our customers would like
to have this option. However, credit card processing triggers a
fee on each purchase, which could significantly decrease the
amount of money we are able to raise through the Manna program.
If we are able to find a way to limit the processing fees, we
would add credit cards as a payment option.
How can I ensure proper credit for my Manna purchase?
Fr. Estok has asked all school families to purchase $3,000 worth
of Manna Gift Cards per family, over the course of a calendar year.
The Manna program uses Quickbooks to manage our sales and inventory
data. Each order received is processed and recorded, based on
the information provided on the envelope or order form.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you clearly mark the family last name
to which you want your Manna order credited. We will only use
the name marked on the envelope or order sheet. If it is left
blank or we are unable to read it, you may not receive credit
for your purchase.
Please note that we are a large parish and school and there are
some families with the same or very similar last names. Please
make sure you provide us as much info as necessary to ensure the
proper family is credited.
Please write the parent’s first and last name on each order.
Our system uses the parents names on each family account.
All sales are tracked by family. Every child in the family
receives credit for every family order.
We also ask that you include a phone number with your order,
so that we may call you if needed regarding your order. When
using the backpack method, we must know which child’s classroom
to return the order to.
How can I see how much Manna my family has purchased this year?
If you ever wish to verify your progress towards your yearly
purchase goal, please call or stop in the Manna office.
