Students in grade 6 are working on an Islamic art project. We are breaking
this down and going through it piece-by-piece. This project is for a social
studies' grade.
Students in grade 7 have been working on making graphs in Excel 2003 and
2007 to help prepare them for science fair. We have been discussing
variables/formatting, etc. Students have a worksheet with questions
regarding the virtual experiment and the scientific method. Students will
receive several science grades for this project.
Students in grade 7 have also been working on writing a digital story.
Students received 2 grades in language arts for turning in the story and for
highlighting the elements of a digital story.
Students in grade 8 are working on creating PSAs. Students have received a
tremendous amount of class time to work on this project. All raw footage is
due by Monday, October 12th. The rubric is posted on Option C with the
assignment.
