What is Jr. Theater?

Jr. Theater is an elementary musical theater experience for 
students in 
grades 2-5.  This year's show is "A Kid's Life!"

Auditions are over, the show has been cast!  If you are still

When and where are Jr. Theater rehearsals?

Rehearsals will be held in either the Undercroft (Robisch Hall) 
or one of the directors classrooms until the performance date 
approaches.  The final 2 or 3 rehearsals will be held on stage, in 
the gym.

When is the performance?

Grandparents Day, March 8, 2010, and Family Art Night.

What is SMS Players?

SMS Players is a Musical Theater experience for students in 
grades 6-8.
This year's show is "Alice in Wonderland, Jr."

How can I sign up for SMS Players?

Registration forms will be sent home via the Jr. High homerooms 
in January.  7th & 8th graders are required to sign up for the 3rd
Trimester Music Elective.

When are the auditions?

Auditions will be on Tuesday, Feb. 16th.  Auditions for speaking 
parts will be from 3:30-4:30 p.m.  Singing auditions from 4:30 - 
5:30 p.m.
CALL BACKS, if needed, will be on Tuesday, Feb. 23rd.

When and where are Players rehearsals?

7th & 8th Graders do the bulk of their rehearsals during 
Electives on Tuesdays and Fridays.  6th Graders should plan to 
attend after-school rehearsals on Tuesdays, beginning March 2nd.  
EVERYONE should plan to attend 2-3 days a week, AFTER SCHOOL, 
beginning in late April.  EVERYONE should plan to attend every 
day the week of May 10, 
2010.
**In addition to the Tuesdays after school, 7th & 8th Graders 
will rehearse during the Elective periods, 
3rd Trimester.**
