Bazaar Information:  Don't forget to turn in your raffle tickets for 
the bazaar.  Your child will be eligible to win 1 of 4 sportsbucks 
gift cards for sold tickets.
Also, if enough raffle tickets are sold the students of St. Matthew 
School will receive a jeans day! So be sure to sell your raffle 
tickets.

ARTWORK TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SCHOOL DIRECTORY IS DUE BY FRIDAY, 
SEPTEMBER 11, 2009, TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE.  GRADES 4-8 MAY PARTICIPATE.



ORDER YOUR SCHOOL DIRECTORIES!
The Home and School Association is in the process of compiling the 
2009/2010 St. Matthew School Directory.  The directory will be 
available through a presale only.  Please send in $5.00 for your 
first directory and $2.00 for each additional copy to the school 
office in an envelope marked “Directory” by September 15, 2009.   
Orders will also be taken at the school Open Houses September 3rd and 
10th.  As many of you know, the school directory is a very useful 
tool which includes not only the families enrolled but also the 
school calendar and various contact information.  Consider purchasing 
two to three copies per family (for home, for car and for work).   
IF YOU PREFER NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DIRECTORY, PLEASE CONTACT THE 
SCHOOL OFFICE BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2009.
