I have been teaching since 1995 when I graduated from BGSU! I have
previously taught special education, sixth graders and eighth graders. I
absolutely love working with fourth grade students. I have earned my Masters
Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Toledo along with my
Reading Endorsement. I plan to keep teaching for many more years.
I am currently married and have two children. Tyler is 11 years old and in
fifth grade at Highland Elementary. He plays travel hockey with
the Toledo Cherokee and loves to be outside. I love being a hockey mom even
though it keeps us very busy. Jordan is 8 and is in second grade at Highland.
She takes gymnastics and plays soccer for the Pacesetter U8 team. be I love
watching her play.
My children keep me very busy outside of school but when I get the chance I
love to spend time outdoors, and with family and friends. I love bike riding
and my whole family loves to go fishing. My husband,
Brad, is the athletic trainer for the Toledo Walleye and spends a lot of time
with the team. The rest of us enjoy going to most of the home Walleye games
too!
