This will be my twelfth year of teaching and I am really looking forward to
teaching an all day kindergarten class again this year. I have taught all
day kindergarten, all day/alternate day kindergarten, half-day kindergarten,
third grade, and second grade in the past.
I have three children of my own. Kevin will be a freshman at Tiffin
University, Christopher a junior at Northview, and Katelyn a freshman at
Northview. We are very fortunate to have such a great school system for our
children to attend and I am excited about getting your child started off on
the best possible start to their education. If you hear your kiddo talking
about Kevin, Chris, or Katelyn, I've probably told them one of my stories
about my owns kids. My husband and I lived in Ann Arbor, MI for 15 years
before moving to Sylvania and he is a U of M alumni so we have always been
Michigan fans over Ohio State - however the past few years it hasn't been
quite as easy! Parents are always welcome in my classroom and I encourage
you to ask questions and be involved in your child's education as much as
possible - they only have each teacher for one year but they have you for a
lifetime.
