STAR STUDENT - This week's STAR STUDENT is GARETT COFFMAN. Congratulations,
Garett!!
Spelling: Congratulations to these students who earned a 100% on Friday's
test: ALI, BRIANNA, CULLEN, MARY KATE, BRAYDEN, CHEYANNE, LAKIN, TIERNAN,
KADAN, JESSE & McCAYLEE. There is no spelling list this week.
Reading: Test on "My Rows and Piles of Coins" on Friday.
Math: Please review rounding to the nearest 10 and 100 with your child, as
well as basic addition facts and adding 3-digit numbers. We will be
subtracting 3-digit numbers with regrouping.
Science - Continue Ch. 3. Mrs. Miller will be sending home a study guide at
the beginning of next week. The test on Chapter 3 will be next Thursday.
AR- Students who do not have at least 5 AR points will stay in at recess to
get caught up, Monday - Thursday, until they reach the 5 point goal. The goal
for the end of October is 10 points (total).
Fire Safety this Thursday, Oct. 13.
Oct. 14- Scholastic Book Order Due
Reminder: PTA fundraiser items will be delivered Nov. 2.
