Know the different parts (hardware) of the computer. Learn to use several programs (software). Navigate safely and keep yourself safe on the Internet. How to create and save documents and projects and find them again later. :) Learn proper keyboarding skills. Keep up with the ever-changing world of technology. Most importantly - have fun! :)
