2011-2012 DCHS will have expanded opportunity for concurrent courses. Concurrent English will be available during the senior year (both semesters) to count for HS English and also for OSU-OKC 6 hours of college credit.  The plan is to offer the courses on site.  

Students need to be reminded that Concurrent and A.P. serve different purposes.  They are not evaluated by university acceptance as being courses having the same standard or rigor.   Be sure and seek academic advisement if you are unsure which route is best for your university path.
