Credit Recovery: Students will be able to work at their own pace, but a good guide would be one half (1/2) a credit per session. Students needing to complete a full (1) credit (an entire course- 2 semesters) should enroll for both morning and afternoon sessions. Students could finish early if they work at a focused, fast pace. Students also have access to the curriculum from home 24 hours a day so that they may work on the weekends and evenings if they so choose. All assessments are done in the classroom. Once students finish the coursework they are done and are not required to attend the remaining days. Students must be in attendance every day until they finish the course.
Attendance: Being diligent to maintain good attendance is very important for students hoping to gain the best opportunity for credit recovery. No provisions can be made for vacations or “special situations”. There are no “excused” or “unexcused” absences. Students enrolled in a course must participate in the daily session until they are completed. Failure to attend will result in NO CREDIT being awarded for that course.
