I am a graduate from Jenks High School as well as Oklahoma State
University. My passion lies with teaching and children. I have known since
I was little that my call was to be an educator and work with children. I
do not see teaching as a "job", it is a privilege for me to go to work each
day and teach children. I have a wonderful family that includes my mother,
Sue, my father, Rick, and sister, Andrea. I am an optimistic and energetic
person who loves to be outdoors. Some of my hobbies include running,
shopping, sports, going out to dinner, watching movies, and spending time
with my family and friends. I am getting ready to go back to school (at
night) to get my masters in school counseling.
It is our mission here at Horace Mann Elementary School to provide an
academically focused, motivating environment in which each student may
experience and apply skills needed to be victorious in their human
endeavors.
