I enjoyed talking with everyone at Parent/teacher conferences. Thank you for
taking time out of your schedule to meet with me and discuss your child's
progress.
During the month of November we will be learning about Indians and early
American culture and the significance to our history.
Your student will be earning feathers for his/her Indian headband. They will
earn a feather for each skill they have mastered. The skills are;
Can recite address
Can recite phone number
Knows birthday
Can tie shoes
We will conclude our Thanksgiving unit with a class feast on November 24th.
Notes will follow.
Since the weather is getting cooler; especially in the AM, the need to dress
warmly is important. We dismiss from outside unless the wind-chill is
significant or the weather is rainy. Work on zipping, buttoning and snapping
coats and jackets.
Remember to label coats and jackets.
