I was born and raised in Illinois. I graduated and received my Bachelors
degree in education from Southern Illinois University. I taught 2nd grade
one year before moving to Oklahoma in 1986. I've been teaching in the
Mustang School District since 1990. My husband Will this past July retired
from the Mustang PD after 22 years of service and is currently working in the
oil chemical business. Jake, our oldest son married Kelli, our newest
addition to the family on Labor Day weekend two years ago. Nate, our middle
son, is married to Renee and they are raising our two grandson's Brier, who
turned 3 years old in February, and Colt, who's 1 year old. Travis, our
youngest and only son still living at home, graduated from Mustang High School
and is enrolled in classes at OCCC and working part-time.
