TUESDAY NOV. 10th: New take-home-test, PRINTMAKING will be handed out in class.
Three characteristics of a fine art print discussed. Clarifications on Art History.
Be sure to make corrections on Art History for full credit! Working on Colograph prints.
THURSDAY, NOV. 12th: Main printing processes discussed. Relief, Intaglio, Lithography and silkscreen
will be discussed. Take linocut safety lesson and begin designs for a linocut.
TUESDAY, NOV. 17th : PRINTMAKING TAKE-HOME-TEST DUE!!
Demonstration of how to use safety blocks(to cut away from oneself) and how to soften linoleum and
cut parts away that are not to be printed.
THURSDAY, OCT. 19: Continue working on collograph and linocut prints.
