A student who has a legitimate health need for medicine must deliver the
medicine to Mrs. Pam East in the 9th grade principal's office. The
medication must be in its original container with the written authorization
of the student's parent or guardian for administration of the medicine. The
parent'sauthorization must identify the student, the medicine, and include
or refer to the label for instructions on administration of the medicine.
