Happy Easter!  I am glad to hear that none of you were affected too 
greatly by the wildfires last week.
I am sending a progress slip home with the students.  Please sign and 
return them to me so that I know that you saw them.  If you want a more 
detailed report, please indicate that when you sign it.
The final draft for the President book is due Tuesday, April 28th.
Friday, December 12th we will have a Social Studies Test over USA Weekly 
Week 9.
The Hail Holy Queen Test will be the week of May 4th.
Friday, April 17th, Spiritful Voices will be at the school performing for 
the students at 1pm.
If your child is caught up in math he/she does not have to take math home 
over the weekend.  I don’t assign any homework on Friday that is due on 
Monday.
April 23rd is Science Fest.  We will be leaving around 8:30 and getting 
back between 3:00 and 3:15.  They do not need a lunch, it is provided.  The 
red uniform shirt is required for that day and jeans may be worn.  
Comfortable walking shoes must also be worn.  We will be walking around the 
zoo.
For those who earned it, the AR Trip is on April 29th.  This year an 
amazing number of students from the 5th grade are going!  Great job!
The talent show is on May 1st.  Those who are trying out have gotten a 
paper with the day they will be expected to perform.  Good luck all who are 
trying out.
