Social Studies we are learning about the different regions of the United States. We have begun with the Northeast Region (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusettes, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland). Unit 2 is about this region (chapters 4&5). After I teach this unit I will be giving them a test over where each state is located on a map, what the capital and what is its abbreviation. Before each Region unit I will give them a list of the states in that region, listing the capitals and abbreviations as well. Through out teahing the unit I will be doing a review of how the test is to be completed so the students will have the opportunity to review. Please help them study throughout the unit as well.
