Move More, Watch Less
The more time children spend watch television, the greater their risk of
becoming overweight. This is likely due to the displacement of physical
activity and increased caloric intake resulting from greater snacking
opportunities and poorer food choices.

What can you do? Start looking at the amount of screen-time that you and your
family get in an average day and finding ways to reduce that time and increase
your physical activity. It's a lot easier than you think, and the toolkit
below can help you get started.
