First, contact the teacher whose class your child is failing. If you are 
unsatisified with those results, contact me.

 I want to change something on my child's IEP. What do I need to do?
First, you need to contact me and I will set up a meeting. The changes will 
be discussed at the meeting and if the team agrees, the changes will be made 
to the IEP.
