best sites I am aware of where you can find any artist or artistic movement 
that has existed throughout history.  Great for research.

AP Central - This website is home to the College Board's Advanced Placement 
program.  Here you can find course descriptions, calendars for test dates, 
test fees, and released exam questions from past AP tests for any AP subject 
area. I highly encourage you to look frequently at this site especially if 
you anticipate going on to other AP courses here at Yukon High School.  It 
will become a wealth of information to tap into as you go through high 
school.

Teacher Oz Website - This website is absolutely phenomenal.  Anything and 
everything about practically any subject (Math, Science, History, 
Philosophy, etc.)you would want to know about has a link on this web site, 
created by a Pre-AP World History teacher in the Dallas, Texas area.  Has 
good stuff on Ancient History. Highly recommended.

History Channel website - This is the website for the History Channel on 
television.  The History Channel is on Channel 61 on the Cox Cable line-up.  
This website has maps and timelines with links to learn further about the 
subject being studied.  History Channel is an excellent source for 
documentaries as well as doing basic research.

National Geographic website - This website gives you access to all kinds of 
maps you can use for study of AP World History.  Includes satellite image 
maps.  Great research tool.

United Nations Website - This website has everything about the United 
Nations, its history, its structure, its programs, and of course, the 
countries that comprise this organization.  A good one to check out 
especially to keep up with current events that involve the United Nations.

any religion that has ever existed.  One of the features of this site is it 
has catalogued all the sacred texts of the various religions of the world.  
A great place to begin a research paper on a religion.

regarding standards and requirements of public education for the state of
