Can I take ProStart if I have never had any other classes under Chef Terry?

You must be enrolled for one semester minimum before enrolling as a Junior 
for ProStart I and then complete ProStart I to take ProStart II as a Senior.
We like for students to have a semester of Food Science and Personal 
Nutrition as Sophomore under Chef Terry.

What is a paid mentorship?

Students must complete 400 hours of paid mentorship (job working in food 
industry under a chef or manager who will agree to the course requirements)
within the two years in the program

I heard there is a big test for completion. Is that true?

There is a end of year exam for year one and year two that if you attend 
class and perform the requirements, it will not be hard to acheive.

How is the National Restaurant Association involved in this program?

The curriculum is written by the National Restaurant Association and 
certification is received thru them.
