These are very important and will be updated as needed.
Here are few though that really needed to be reinforced:
1. Appropriate language at all times
2. Raise your hand to ask or answer questions
3. Work quietly and independently
4. "Give 5" in effect (students will hear more about this in September)
5. No pop at any time (health guidelines through the curriculum documents)
6. Respect other's property
7. Complete all assigned work on time, or time will be spent at recess finishing
8. Indoor shoes for inside - this really needs to be addressed so please
ensure that your student has a pair
9. HAVE FUN AND ENJOY GRADE 8!!!!
3. Be respectful - this has become a real issue for some students. Please
review with your student the appropriate way to speak to people as well as
how to behave.
