Evaluation:
You will be evaluated on your planning and presentation of this event in the
following ways:
Production Logs (due Friday, March 10th)
Each committee member/head is required to keep a log detailing their own
work on the event. The log must have a minimum of 5 entries. You will
record who you met with and when, what you discussed, action you took to
solve a problem or accomplish a task, as well as difficulties you
encountered. Please keep a running log by taking notes as you go and type
up the final copy that you submit.
Committee Action Plan (due Thursday, February 9th)
After your first meeting, your committee will submit an action plan
outlining your goals and how you plan to achieve them. This is a group mark.
Team and Self-Assessment (due Wednesday, March 8th)
Each student will evaluate their own work and the work of the others on
their committee.
Teacher Final Evaluation
Each committee will be given a mark for their work on the event.
Every student will receive a group mark for the final product – CAN 2006.
BONUS MARKS:
Students will receive an extra mark for each performance they take part in.
