The 2009-2010 school year will be Mrs. Munroe's seventh year teaching in a
Kindergarten classroom. She thoroughly enjoys working with children and
guiding young students to learn through exploration and creativity. Children
learn while playing, singing and working in a fun and relaxed classroom
atmosphere. Mrs. Munroe welcomes parents to visit the classroom or call
(848-2204)if they have any questions or concerns about their child's
experiences in the classroom.
The children are fortunate to have Mrs. Charlotte Martin in the kindergarten
classroom working as an Education Assistant. She has many years of experience
working with young children. Mrs. Martin works energetically and proficiently
assisting students and Mrs. Munroe with their many needs throughout the school
day.
In Junior Kindergarten our utmost goal is to develop children's love of
learning. We encourage students to play and work cooperatively with their
classmates. Each day, students pray with each other and learn that Jesus is
in their hearts and in their lives. Students are required to treat others
respectfully always. All children have unique learning styles and interests
which they are encouraged to explore and develop.
