3 Key points and missing information-Due 5/2/12
 Students have picked their topics that they will be researching. They need 
to identify the 3 key points that will make up the body of thier speech. They 
then need to list the information that they will be looking for in 
coordination with their 3 key points. Focused research is the goal. 

Home Connection 59-Due 5/7/12

Research completed by 5/7/12- Students need to research information that they 
need in order to explain their 3 key points. Everyone's topic is different 
which means that their key points are also different. Generally three pages 
front and back worth of focused notes will be enough. The notes need to be 
about the three key points students have selected. The goal is to help 
students focus their research.

Outline for speeches- Due 5/11/12
 Students use one of three outline formats to take their research and put it 
into an organized outline.

Notecards- Due 5/14/12
 Five notecards
 Students may use front and back
 Notecards need to be a skeleton of your speech. Include the parts that are   
hard to remember or that you get stuck on.
 Notecards can be either 3x5 or 5x7

Visuals for speech assignment- Due 5/17/12
 If you are creating a power point presentation you need to make sure to 
bring it to school Wednesday. Whenever using technology you want to try it 
out the day before you need it to work. That way you have time to fix things 
if it doesn't work.
 
HC-61- Due 5/25/12
Visual Explanation- Students will be working on their visual explanation 
Wednesday or Thursday night.All requirements are in the lavender packet that 
has been signed by a parent.
Map- Students will be working on thier map Wednesday or Thursday night. All 
requirements are in the lavender packet that has been signed by a parent.
