A new quarter begins tomorrow reminding us that we are now halfway through the year (hard to believe, I know!!). In science we will be continuing our study of electricity which we began last week incorporating resistance and voltage after our review of series and parallel circuits. Everyone should also be working on their Sci. Fair projects either getting a question to me for approval (you'll know if this has been done if you have seen a green piece of paper for you to sign come home giving your stamp of approval to the project) and/or writing an I Wonder (background info.) which is due on Friday (2/10). If your child is still having trouble coming up with an idea make sure they come see me.
In math we will be finishing up our study of similarity in polygons with a quiz this Fri. (2/10).
