Sleep Introduction, Sleep Video (25 min.) Take notes on page 3-1 titled "Sleep Video", Am I Sleep Deprived (5-5)

Wednesday, Feb 8
INTRO:
Newspaper- Find 2 articles that connect to the Tri Core (Sleep, Nutrition, and/or Exercise)
ASSIGNMENT:
2 min. Review (Partners) of Sleep Video Information
Complete The Sleep Myths Quiz (5-6) as a large group
Fill out Sleep Diary- Record hours of sleep from last night  (5-7)
Fill out Daily Nutrition Log for today only (5-13)
