Feb 16/Feb 17 Conference Sign-Up


There will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday, February 16 and Friday, February 17 to allow for Parent-Teacher Conferences.

For grades K - 8: schedule an individual conference with the homeroom teacher.

All conferences will take place in the homeroom classroom.

Middle School teachers have changed their format this time:  the homeroom teacher will host the individual conference in their classroom with one family at a time in a 15-20 minute block.


On Thursday, February 16: All teachers will meet Noon - 4 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm.
 
On Friday, February 17:     All teachers will meet 8am - 11 am and Noon - 3 pm.
To schedule your Parent/Teacher conference online, please click on the link below.
This process requires that you have a valid e-mail address.  The steps are:

1.  Click on the link below.
2.  Enter your email address when prompted.
3.  Clicking "submit" will take you to the conference schedule site.
4.  Click on the February 16 or February 17 "clipboard".
5.  You will see the entire schedule of all the grades for that day on one page. 
6.  You may sign up for all of your students' conferences at one time.
7.  When done, follow the prompts to click the red "confirm" button AND then the green "continue" button at the VERY BOTTOM of the next page (below the ads).
8.  At the end of the process you can always go back and release your appointments and make new appointments.
