Our PRESENTATION/PROMOTION NIGHT is Friday, June 11, 2010 in the church
chapel from 6:30
p.m. - 9:00 p.m..
For those new to our group, on our Presentation/Promotion Night we take time
to honor the
achievements of our homeschooled children who have worked so hard all year
long. To do this, we
provide time and space for our children to display their homeschool talents
publicly.
Tables are available to display your student's favorite homeschool project
such as their writing journal,
or science notebook, or artwork, etc. Performance time (within the family
time slot, see below) is used
for musical instruments (a piano is available if needed), poem recitation,
book reading, song, etc..
Each homeschool family will be given 5 minutes to acknowledge their
homeschool's achievements,
have their child or children perform, and promote their child(ren) to their
next grade. Your family does
not have to do all of this, but all must be done within your time slot.
We generally have promotion certificates for those families who like to give
a certificate to promote a
child from one grade to the next, or you may bring your own. You can go to

The yearbooks will be available that evening so that the kids can sign each
others books.
