Faulconer-Chapman Elementary School in partnership with YCAP Regional Food Bank and Grand Sherimina Food Bank has a program call Friday Family Food. This provides families with healthy food intended to supplement weekend meals at home. Each week children and/or parents from participating families can pick up a bag of food after school which will include food for two meals for each family member.
If you are interested in participating in the program place open the link below and read and the letter and Parent Permission Form and return it to Faulconer-Chapman School.
