Keep Gym in School developed in-school instructional material in partnership with National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) to get kids excited about PE. Football-inspired lesson plans and activity guides are available to PE instructors for free. http://www.keepgyminschool.com/educators.html Also check out railyardfitness.com for joining their newsletter you get a 78 page training manual (of course they are selling a product!), but there are some adaptable ideas and signs available too. they are also putting up free downloadable signs on their website, new ones each month.
