Welcome to art. There is no wrong or right way to do art as long as the
directives are followed.
We are going to use alot of mediums and learn alot of styles from artists
here and gone. If the students would like to bring in their own smocks for
when we paint they are welcome to do that. I do have old lab coats that can
be used as well as old t-shirts.

Grade 1-2 *paper folding and cutting without using lines
Grade 3- * Batiking
Grade 4- *silhouettes
Grade 5- *modern me (focus on creating a pattern of color using each 1 inch
square as a guide)
Grade 6 & 8 Covered bridges - perspective, proportion, shading and space
Grade 7 dreamcatchers - weaving and wrapping
