June 1st - First Friday Liturgy All School 9am - Math Awards Handed Out
June 7th - 9:00 – 10:30 – Pre-K Closing Ceremonies
3rd Grade Buddies will attend first 45 minutes worth
June 8th - 10:00 – 11:30 - Kindie Closing Ceremonies
5th & 6th Buddies will attend first 45 minutes worth
June 8th - Tastykakes with Teachers 1:30pm

June 11th - Noon Dismissal
June 12th - Phys Ed Day at BTC Start 9:30 - Complete Tug-of-War events
Hand out Awards for Presidential Fitness Assembly
Noon Dismissal - Last Day for 8th Graders
June 13th - Move-Up Day - Spend time in next year's grade - New Students coming to BTC in the Fall 2012 are welcome to attend.
Move-Up Times - 9:00 – 10:00 Grades 5th – 8th – four 15 minute periods. We will switch classes.
9:00 – 9:45 Grades 2nd – 4th; 20 minute talk and 20 minute game.

Noon Dismissal
8th Grade Graduation 6:30pm

Parents - Very Important News !!
We have decided for a smoother transition during the last week of school we will be changing to ALL half days for Grades 1-8 students. So here's what it would look like, change your calendars and confirm with your bus companies:

Monday June 11th - Noon Dismissal Grades 1-8 Students report
Tuesday June 12th - Noon Dismissal Grades 1-8 Students report
Wednesday June 13th - Noon Dismissal Grades 1-7 Students report and Graduation 8th at 6:30pm
Thursday June 14th - Noon Dismissal Grades 1-7 Students report
Friday June 15th Last Day Grades 1-7 with Mass at 9am - Parents who attend Mass may take their child home immediately afterwards.

Bus companies have reported to us the following:
Boyertown (will handle both ways this week)
OJR (will handle both ways Mon-Thurs and Fri AM, Parents need to pickup on Friday)
Perkiomen Valley (will handle AM only for Mon-Fri, Parents need to pickup Mon-Fri)
Pottsgrove (will handle both ways this week)
Pottstown (will handle both ways this week)
Spring Ford (will handle AM only for Mon-Fri, Parents need to pickup Mon-Fri)
Methacton (will handle AM only for Mon-Fri and PM just Fri, Parents need to pickup Mon-Thurs)
