Players:

Signups are winding down in the nurses office for Freshmen, JV, and Varsity teams.  You need to pick up and return the paperwork to the nurse's office in order to be scheduled for a physical.  If you had a physical for a fall sport you do not need another physical but you still need to turn in the paperwork to the nurse.  Physicals begin the week of October 19.

Tryout and practice begins on Friday, Nov. 20.  Conditioning is being held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:30.  We meet in the little gym.  Open gyms are on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30.
